Blini

Prepare dough

  1. Mix 800g milk and 350g water. Heat to 40℃. Remove from heat.

  3. Add 450g flour. Mix.
  4. Add 2 eggs. Mix.
  5. Add 20g extra virgin olive oil and 5g vanilla essence. Mix.

Fry
